Tim is a seasoned Hardware / FPGA Engineer with over 20 years of experience in embedded systems, real-time hardware development, and custom FPGA solutions. As the co-founder of Prism Computer Solutions, he has helped clients across industries and defense to medical and broadcast innovative, high-performance systems tailored to demanding technical environments.
Tim combines deep design knowledge with practical experience and prototype development to manufacturing-ready solutions. His expertise spans a broad spectrum of technologies including FPGAs, SoCs, NAND Flash, RAID systems, high-speed video processing, custom hardware for robotic surgery, 3D endoscopy, industrial imaging as well as various military-grade protocols like MIL-STD-1553B and NTDS.
Prior to co-founding Prism, Tim served as CTO of Medea Corporation (now Avid Technology), where he helped pioneer 24/7 fault-tolerant RAID systems now used in medical imaging, satellite broadcasting, and more.

Atul is a seasoned Embedded Software Architect Engineer with over 20 years of expertise, he specializes in designing, developing, and implementing embedded firmware and software drivers. His proficiency spans programming languages like C, C++, Python, Qt Framework, and assembly language, as well as RTOS, Embedded Linux Kernel, Yocto, Boot Loader, Linux, Windows, and iOS drivers, and Bare Metal application coding.
Atul’s expertise encompasses real-time embedded systems, system design, and project leadership. He excels in USB, SPI, I2C, high-speed DMA, NAND Flash, FPGAs, CPLDs, audio, video, RAID, JBOD, SAN applications, and advanced compression technologies, crafting scalable designs tailored for manufacturing and critical applications.
He is skilled in problem-solving, system optimization, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure exceptional deliverables to client satisfaction. His technical proficiencies extend to CPUs, development tools, and interfaces. Bolstered by advanced degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering and esteemed memberships in engineering networks, He has made significant contributions to medical devices, defense technologies, and industrial microcontroller systems, driving exceptional innovations in diagnostics, imaging, and surgical robotics.

Yogi's proven track record with the most prestigious companies has earned his title serving more than 15 corporate divisions of the world’s largest medical device company. He provided state of the art technology choices to enable cost effective RF communications.
Yogi’s expertise extends to finding the appropriate RF ASIC vendor to enable modular certification, identify technically accurate standards and select labs to perform testing and review test reports. This includes defining the device's legal labeling, compliance information for the User Manual and packaging.
Yogi has earned many prestigious awards including award for the RF telemetry for implanted heart devices. His deep global industry experience identifies potential issues early in the product cycle which includes proposing revolutionary new and unique solutions. He drove and defined the very first approval FCC/FDA grant processes for RF medical devices in the USA. This effort was patented and became the template for other countries to follow suit. He participated in many international standards development bodies like ETSI, TG30 and contributed to develop use of existing RF spectrum for human benefit.
